Short answer, we can do both...

For example, inside your property we would use 'Traditional' methods so we don't soak the house!

However, in almost all exterior cases we would only offer 'Modern' methods using water fed poles from the ground. This is safer, quicker and more effective all round. Why? 

Because the poles are fed with fresh purified water (ordinary tap water that has been filtered through a 5 stage purification system, to remove all the natural minerals and particles ensuring a crystal clear finish to your windows and UPVC when dry.

Privacy & Security - Our customers should feel safe in the home, and don't have to worry about being seen through upstairs windows when we are on premises.

Eliminate working from ladders - Cleaning can be carried out at height, but from the safety of the ground, meaning less risk of property damage or anyone getting injured using this method. 

• Note: On some rare occasions ladders are required for accessing flat roofs safely, but not working from the ladder.

Environment - Spotless cleaning but without the need for additional chemicals or soap suds and the associated packaging waste.

Access - Cleaning from the ground with long reach carbon poles enables us to reach over obstacles to clean your windows and uPVC plastic frames and fascias without risking health or safety. 

We absolutely do! That is part of our ethos.

We will work in most weathers (within reason!) as we believe that our customers will value our services throughout the year.

We provide warm water for the colder months to ensure not only the best cleaning results but also improved conditions to complete the work.

We would only normally reschedule if the weather was unsafe to work in, unsafe for our customers property or if a good result is likely to be unachievable (e.g torrential sideways rain!).

Our 24 hour guarantee gives you peace of mind that we will achieve the best results or we will return to correct any workmanship faults that are logged with us within 24 hours.

This does not include things like bird droppings that occurred after the clean...

If there is anything we feel we cannot achieve, we will discuss this with you on our visit before proceeding.

We understand that each property is unique and things like accessibility and unforeseen obstacles can arise.

Therefore rather than disappoint customers with unrealistic promises and generic prices, we offer to visit your property and give you a free quote that meets your specific needs and is bespoke to your property.
